The working principle of mobile crushing plant

The impact crusher can remove the circular vibrating screen according to the actual production needs, and realize the initial crushing of materials directly. How to maintain mobile crushing and screening plant?

Mobile crushing plant should add lubricating oil in strict accordance with the requirements. Generally speaking, medium and small crushing plants mainly use lubricating grease and lubricating oil. For some larger equipment, compulsory lubrication system is needed. In the use of lubricating oil, pay attention to oil temperature, oil pressure, flow rate and so on, so as to avoid misuse of lubricating oil.

In the operation of mobile crushing plant, pay attention to the noise and vibration of the equipment. When the fuselage emits excessive noise or vibration, stop the machine to check and troubleshoot in time. After confirmation, it should be restarted without load in the order of start-up.

When the mobile crushing station is running, we should pay attention to the quality and productivity of the products. When the quality and productivity are abnormal, we should stop the machine in time for inspection to minimize the loss of the fuselage.

In order to maintain the good performance of the equipment, the mobile crushing plant needs to be repaired. Except for normal routine maintenance, minor, medium and major repairs should be carried out in a planned way.
