  • CS Cone crusher crushes materials by the working surface between the movable cone and fixed cone. So it is more advanced and efficiency efficient than jaw crusher. The movable cone is supported by spherical bearing and fixed on a hanging erect shaft which is set in the eccentric sleeve and the sleeve is set on the stopping and pushing bearing. The movable cone and erect shaft are driven by the eccentric shaft sleeve together. The eccentric shaft sleeve is driven by horizontal shaft and fabricated gear and the wheel of the conveyor belt is driven by motor through v-belts. The lower part of vertical shaft is installed in the eccentric sleeve. When the eccentric sleeve rotates there is a conical surface lined out by the shaft. When the movable cone comes near the fixed cone rocks are grinded into pieces when the movable cone leaves grinded materials is discharged from the discharge hole. The fixed cone can be ascended or descended by adjusting setting to adjust the width of discharge hole consequently the output size is determined adjusted.

    how-does-cone-crusher-work During the working process, the eccentric shaft will force the motor to make a swing movement at a fixed point by the conveyor, counter shaft, couplings, and the cone parts, which can make the crushing cavity close or leave the rolling shirakable now and then.And the ores will be crushed by shock, crack and warp.And HP Cone Crushers spring secure system is a kind of overloaded protection equipment, which can let the non-metal materials pass the crushing cavity with no harm to the machine.Adoption of the glycerol or water seal forms can seprate the stone powder and lubricating oil, which ensure the reliable work.The spring secure system will take effects and the discharge opening will become largest so that the foreign bodies can be discharged from the discharge opening when the non-crushed materials can not pass the crushing cavity or the overloaded phenomenon has happened on the machine.If the foreign bodies get stuck in the cavity, we can continue to increase the discharge opening and let them pass the cavity.Due to the spring, the discharge opening wil recover and go back to the normal work.
